1. Customer Service:

Greet customers as they enter and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Take customer orders and communicate them accurately to the team.

Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and pricing.

Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently.

2. Beverage Preparation:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and cold brews.

Follow recipes and preparation techniques to ensure consistency in every drink.

Customize beverages based on customer preferences, such as adjusting the sweetness, milk type, or coffee strength.

3. Food Preparation:

Prepare and serve pastries, sandwiches,





and other light snacks.

Follow food safety regulations to ensure the freshness and quality of all food items.

4. Operating Equipment:

Use coffee grinders, espresso machines, blenders, and other equipment efficiently.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure longevity and safety.

Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major problems to management.

5. Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.

Restock items as needed and place orders for supplies when necessary.

Receive and store deliveries, ensuring items are correctly labeled and stored.

6. Cleanliness and Organization:

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, equipment, and seating areas.

Follow cleaning schedules for equipment, floors, windows, and restrooms.

Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices.

7. Team Collaboration:







Work collaboratively with other baristas and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Assist in training new baristas and team members.

8. Knowledge and Skills Development :

Stay updated on coffee brewing techniques, trends, and industry standards.

Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge.

Learn about different coffee beans, origins, and flavor profiles to educate customers.

9. Promotional Activities:

Promote store products, specials, and loyalty programs to customers.

Assist in creating and maintaining attractive displays for promotional items.

Engage customers with suggestions for new or seasonal products.
