- Proven track record of successful retail sales achievements and the ability to strategize for continued growth.

- Extensive experience in retail sales management, particularly in the Wires and Switchgear product segments.







- Strong leadership skills with a history of effectively managing and motivating a sizable team.

- Exceptional ability to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring targets and goals are consistently met.
