Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist located in Pune.
The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving customer issues and concerns promptly, as well as providing analytical support to the Customer Support team. The Specialist will also be responsible for creating effective communication strategies to enhance customer service engagement, and to improve customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Ability to provide effective Customer Support
- Strong Analytical Skills to help improve the customer experience and make recommendations to the Customer Support team
- Excellent Communication Skills to effectively communicate with customers to resolve issues and concerns
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Good organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Prior experience in Customer Support or Customer Success is a plus
