Ltd. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Overseeing Talentacquisition and recruitment processes Onboarding new hires.Ensuring HR records are maintained Setting up and managing theperformance review process Coordinating training activitiesEnsuring compliance with organizational policy and procedures.Works with managers employees and appropriate others to respond toall employee relations issues in ways that foster a cohesive andenjoyable workplace. Help build employee engagement includingthrough effective communication plans Deal with grievances andviolations invoking disciplinary action when required. Work closelyon HRMS and payroll management.
