> - PerformanceAssessment: Monitor and assesstrainees progress through tests roleplays and feedback sessions.Provide constructive feedback and additional support whereneeded.

> - IndustryInsights: Stay updated with thelatest trends in banking and sales to incorporate relevantinformation into trainingmaterials.

> - Motivation& Engagement: Inspireand engage trainees to achieve their full potential andsuccessfully transition into the Sales Officerrole.

> Requirements

> Qualifications:

> - Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Finance or relatedfield. MBApreferred.

> - Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience in sales trainingpreferably within the banking or financial servicesindustry.

> - Strongcommunication and presentationskills.

> - Indepth knowledge of salesprocesses and bankingproducts.

> - Ability to motivate andmentor trainees.
