Position Summary:
>
> We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented engineer to lead our GA/Body/Paint Shop's Maintenance & Automation team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency and quality. This role offers a dynamic environment where you can leverage your expertise to directly impact VinFast's production success.

> Responsibilities:

> - Responsible for the maintenance and repair of painting equipment, including robots, spray booths,
and conveyor systems.- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.- Work collaboratively with production teams to identify areas for automation and develop solutions to improve efficiency and quality control.- Manage and prioritize maintenance work orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols.- Stay current with advancements in painting technologies and automation solutions, recommending and implementing appropriate upgrades.- Prepare and present technical reports, data analysis, and recommendations to improve paint shop operations.- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards within the Paint Shop.

> Requirements:

> - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment,
preferably in the automotive industry.- Proven track record of leading and motivating a team of technicians.- Strong understanding of painting processes, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.- Experience with automation technologies, including robots, PLC programming.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with engineering software (desired).
