Role Purpose
We are looking for a compliance and regulatory expert, knowledgeable in the fintech sector, to provide support to the company and its various businesses on all areas of compliance and regulatory impact.
The candidates should have working experience and comprehensive understanding of the online and offline PA and PG business.
To succeed in this exciting role, candidate should be self-motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills, good business acumen,
strategic and creative in their thought process.
Candidate should also have the ability to excel in working in a fast-paced dynamic company that thrives on innovation.
The responsibilities we entrust you with
- Recognize, develop, maintain, and administer all aspects of the company’s compliance program to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations in India as well as implement cost effective compliance related solutions for the organization’s compliance.
- Provide ongoing advice, consultation and guidance on all matters that pertain to compliance issues to all businesses and functions in the organization.
- Work proactively to assess and prioritize risk and compliance issues, establish, implement, and manage compliance policies, procedures, and monitoring throughout the organization to ensure that the compliance program is effective and be efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting, and correcting non-compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Oversee third-party examinations and audits including regulatory audits; ensure that information requests from regulators are completed accurately and on-time
- Work with cross function teams to collate response to regulators queries and ensure correct submission
- Provide guidance to management and employees on ethics, business conduct, and compliance matters including the development and oversight of compliance training programs.
- Stay ahead of regulatory and legal developments governing regulatory compliance;
- Provide advice, guidance and insight to management and staff regarding new / emerging compliance issues. Consult and guide the company in establishment of controls to mitigate compliance risk;
- Work with compliance colleagues across jurisdictions to achieve common goals
- Working knowledge and experience of all applicable regulatory reports and returns pertaining to the Payments business
- Understanding of the regulatory landscape applicable for FinTech's
- Apply for licenses on Company’s behalf
- Liaise with regulatory authorities on behalf of the company

- PA / Banking experience preferred.
Relevant work experience : 8+ years of relevant experience in reputable bank / fintech company
Years of work experience : 12+ years of work experience
Qualification : Post graduate / LLB / CA / CS /
