Job Title: International Voice Process Executive (Night Shift)
Job Location: Bangalore
Shift Timings: Night Shift (U.S./U.K./Australia time zones depending on process)
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers, providing information, support, and solutions related to products/services.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to customer accounts, billing, product functionality, and other inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Accurately document and update records in the CRM system after every interaction.
- Meet or exceed established key performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, process changes, and service updates.
- Work in a night shift to cater to international clients (primarily from U.S./U.K./Australia).
Key Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification is a High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in an international voice process or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral or U.S./U.K./Australian accent.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using CRM software.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle challenging situations and solve customer issues effectively.
- Availability: Must be available for night shifts,
including weekends and holidays if required.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Customer Focus: A positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
