- Supervise a team of cooks to achieve high-quality dishes within budget constraints.
- Develop new recipes and menus in collaboration with senior chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-11 years of experience as a CDP or similar role in a Multi-cuisine restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indian curries, bulk cooking techniques,





and multi-cuisine expertise preferred.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak hours and special events.
