Job Description
Lead Generation and Prospecting : Identify and engage with prospective C&I; clients through various channels : cold calling, networking, industry events.
Build and maintain a sales pipeline of qualified leads
- Relationship Management : Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations. Understand clients' energy requirements, recommend customized solar solutions.
- Market Research, Analysis : Conduct market research, identify potential clients, market trends, competitors. Analyze and assess market dynamics, identify growth opportunities.
- Proposal and Presentation Development : Prepare proposals, presentations, business cases to show value of our solar solutions to prospects.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment of proposed solutions with client needs.
- Build Vertical for Solar Panel EPC Sales 100KW to 1000 KW (C&I;)
- Develop network of Large EPC partners / Bidders in Tenders
- Drive Topline revenue, profitability and market share of C&I; division
Requirements
- Preferred B-Tech Engineers / MBA Candidate
- B2B Sales Experience in Solar EPC Sales in Rooftop Solar Industry
- Great communication skills, fluency in both English and Hindi
- An attitude to get things done, willing to work minimum 3 years
