Responsibilities -
- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Build and expand new markets across various segments
- Negotiate and close deals with formal quotes and proposals
- Keep records of sales, revenue, etc.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Align goals for the team and ensure sustained business growth
> Seat sales & Revenue generation
> Collections (INR) per month based on invoices
> Complaint Management & resolution TAT
> Leakage / Revenue loss Control (Churn)
> Devising strategies for lead generation through Brokers, online/direct channels, startup collaborations, partnerships, and alliances for the Chennai region.
> Maintaining relationships with property consultants (International and Domestic)
> Client relationship for expansion and retention business
> Focusing on monthly collections from existing clients
