You will get massive opportunities to enhance your skillsPosition : Area sales manager Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and achieve the organizational goals in terms of volumes, market share, profitability and overall growth of the organization by expansion of touch points.Manage dealerships in the specified territory and Review the Sales process at dealershipsMonitor Customer Satisfaction Scores on Sales, Google Ratings, Complaints etc.Ensure adherence to the monthly plan of Network Expansion (both main dealerships/ Branch outlets)Visit dealerships/ Market as per Fixed Journey Cycle and review business parametersMonitor Dealer Financial and ensure availability of Working Capital and dealer profitabilityInfra audit compliance by dealers in the regionEnsure top three position in dealer satisfaction surveys across two-wheeler industryEnsure retail finance penetration as per targetsEnsure the dealership has quality trained sales manpower as required.Ensure that the dealership infrastructure is as per latest Corporate Identity Process norms and are compliant to all Oben Electric norms / PoliciesAttending to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtainedEnsure appropriate MIS reporting.Rides & Customer meets to be organized as per targetPlan and implement sales promotional activities in coordination with Marketing teamShowcase consistent Customer satisfaction index & Sales Satisfaction index.Maintaining relationship with business partners – Dealers (dealer profit enhancement), Banks & Financial institutionsEnsure adherence to policies, statutory norms and compliance.Experience:7 to 10 Years of relevant experience as an Area sales manager in 2 wheeler company background
