With a vision to be Global Inclusive and Responsible, IILM University offers state-of-the-art facilities and is spread over 26 acres in the knowledge park II area of Greater Noida.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Senior Manager/Manager/AGM/DGM(depending on experience and profile)





at IILM University, Greater Noida. The role is mainly Business Development, involves day-to-day tasks related to managing and coordinating the university's placement activities. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with industry partners This role aligns with School of CSE student's training, placement and other opportunities.The role- Retaining existing IT recruiters and attracting new recruiters on campus.- Growing average and median CTC, highest package- Improving the relevance aspect of placements and SIP (intended domain of the internship/placement versus actual)- Conducting outreach among companies, attending seminars, conclaves and industry events- Inviting industry leaders on campus for guest lectures, leadership series and conclaves- Coordinating placement drives Placement Process Management(Campus Recruitment:, Internship Placements,





Pre-Placement Talks)- Managing placement data of all students- Alumni Network: Leverage the alumni network to build connections with industry professionals who can provide placement opportunities or offer guidance to current students.- Periodically reviewing effectively of student placement training and providing feedback to management- Maintaining student engagement records- Career Counselling and Guidance- Industry-Academia Interface(Industry Project)- Student Training and Development(Mock Interviews and Test, Resume Building)- Attracting international placements and internships.- Increasing SIP stipends- Working with academic teams to manage corporate readiness programs.- Increasing PPO conversions.- Work to attract new age companies and roles- Coordinating with placement training vendors.- Bringing in industry mentors and speakers to guide students on career choice and progression. Communication and Information DisseminationQualifications- Experience in managing and coordinating IT placement activities (essential)- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to build and maintain relationships with IT industry partners (essential)- Knowledge of the IT industry trends and job market- Report creation, data visualisation, brochure preparation- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities- Attention to detail and accuracy- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred)- Experience in the higher education sector is a must
