Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Develop a deep understanding of the supported software applications, analyze issues, identify resolutions, and communicate clearly
- Assist users in resolving their queries or issues raised through the organization's ticketing platform or other supported channels
- Escalate tickets requiring deeper technical knowledge or access to code to higher levels of support and provide assistance at all levels in due course
- Validate the resolution of issues in both pre-production and production environments once resolved
