Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide meaningful insights to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain complex DAX functions, Power Query and Power Apps
- Design and develop large-scale data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, integrating with various data sources, and processing large datasets
- Develop and maintain data models, data lakes, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and integrity.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, including data visualizations, reports, and dashboards.
- Manage analytics projects and work streams, and build dashboards and reports
- Provide expert-level support to stakeholders on analytics and data visualization
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in BI and analytics

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Graduate or postgraduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 4 to 6 years of strong experience in data visualization, data engineering, data modelling, and business intelligence, with expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and SQL
- Good to have experience in Alteryx, Python, Tableau
- Good to have experience in model building – Statistical techniques for Marketing/Retail Analytics
- Experience in the Retail/CPG domain, with expertise in marketing and retail analytics
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Hands-on experience in Power Bi, Fabric, Alteryx, SQL, Advanced Excel, Python, and other analytics tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex data-related issues
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in a matrix organization
