We at Coforge are hiring Generative AI Developer with deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Neural Networks (NN). The ideal candidate will have at least 9 years of experience in developing and deploying cutting-edge AI models, focusing on NLP-driven applications and generative AI solutions. You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of state-of-the-art AI systems that leverage advanced neural network architectures.
- Lead NLP and Generative AI Initiatives:
Architect and develop large-scale AI models for natural language understanding, text generation, and creative content generation using neural network models such as Transformers (GPT, BERT), LSTMs, and CNNs, RAGs.
- Design & Optimize Neural Networks: Lead the design, training, and optimization of deep learning models for NLP tasks such as text classification, machine translation, speech-to-text, summarization, and language generation.
- Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs): Work with large pre-trained models (e.g., GPT-4, T5, BERT) to fine-tune for domain-specific tasks, ensuring high accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Data Pipeline Management: Lead the data pipeline for model development, including data collection, cleaning, and augmentation. Handle large-scale datasets for NLP model training and fine-tuning.
- Collaborate & Mentor Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with data scientists, software engineers,
and product managers to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Research & Development: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI, NLP, and neural networks. Lead R&D; initiatives to prototype and productionize novel AI solutions.
- Deploy and Maintain AI Systems: Deploy models into production environments, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards. Continuously monitor and update models to ensure optimal performance.
- Contribute to AI Strategy: Provide thought leadership in the strategic direction of generative AI applications within the organization, helping to identify new opportunities to leverage AI.
Experience:
- 9+ years of experience in AI/ML with a strong focus on NLP and Neural Networks.
Extensive hands-on experience in developing and deploying generative AI models for NLP tasks such as text generation, conversational agents, and natural language understanding.
- Proven experience with state-of-the-art neural network architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs) and fine-tuning large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT).
- Demonstrated experience working with high-scale datasets and applying advanced data processing techniques for NLP.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python with experience in AI/ML libraries (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Keras).
- Deep expertise in NLP libraries and tools (e.g., Spa Cy, NLTK, transformers by Hugging Face).
- Hands-on experience with model deployment in production environments using cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Solid understanding of MLOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, and continuous learning. Proficiency with version control, collaboration tools (Git, JIRA), and CI/CD pipelines.
