Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses via phone, email, and chatbot
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction
