Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Dairy Products
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our dairy products sales team.
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand customer base.
3. Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
1.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum 6 + years of sales experience in the dairy or food industry.
3. Proven track record of sales success and team management.
4. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to travel within the designated region.
