Key Responsibilities:
Identify New BusinessOpportunities: pursue new business opportunities within thecommercial interiors sector.
Build andMaintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationshipswith architects designers and key decisionmakers to foster longtermpartnerships.
Develop and Implement SalesStrategies: Create and execute effective sales strategies toachieve and exceed business targets. This includes market analysisclient segmentation and competitive positioning.
Present Proposals and Negotiate Contracts:Prepare and deliver compelling proposals to clients showcasing ourcapabilities and value proposition. Negotiate contracts to securefavourable terms.
Collaborate with InternalTeams:

Requirements:
Educational Background: AnyBachelors degree (B.Arch preferred).
StrongCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communicationskills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly andpersuasively.
