We are looking to hire a SeniorSoftware Engineer to join our dynamic software development team.You should be able to produce and implement practical softwaresolutions. You will be working with the senior management to definesoftware needs. You will take the lead on technical and operationalprojects.
As a Senior Software Developer you willbe
- Collecting analyzing andsummarizing the client requirements
- Determiningoperational feasibility of the gatheredrequirements
- Designing developing andimplementing the software
- Playing a significantrole in developing documentation of thesoftware
As you are responsible tolead a team you will be working independently with littlesupervision. Therefore we expect you to have outstandingorganizational problemsolving and leadership skills. You should beable to speed up our the team operations by conducting timelyperformance reviews.

Responsibilities
- Developsuperior software architecture anddesign
- Identify prioritize and properly executeactivities in the software developmentcycle
- Develop software solutions by studyingnew technologies if required
- Developapplications and tools by producing efficient cleancode
- Automate tasks via appropriate scriptingand development tools
- Review and debug code ona regular basis
- Conduct system analysis todetermine possibility of upgrades
- Performvalidation and verification testing
- Collaboratewith the vendors and the internal teams to improvise theproducts
- Document the software developmentphases and examine systems
- Ensure that theprogram is uptodate with the latest programmingtechnologies
- Ensure the agile processesimproves operations and team productivity
- Stayuptodate with latest technologytrends
Requirements
- BA/BScdegree in Computer Sciences and relatedfield
- Proven 4 years of experience as aSoftware Engineer or Team Lead role.
- Experiencein Fintech Domain working with Highly Scalable Enterprise LevelApplications.
- Sound understanding of softwaredevelopment scripting as well as projectmanagement
- Extensive experience in usingdifferent system monitoring tools and automated testingframeworks
- Knowledge of different operatingsystems and cloud hosting such as Windows Linux and AWS (Amazon WebServices)
- Knowhow of selected programminglanguages such as Java/J2EE SpringBootMySQL
- Outstanding leadership and organizationalskills
- Ability to work independently as well asin a team
- Excellent leadership andcommunicationskills
