Job Responsibility -
We seek a Passionate, Ethical & Hard-Working Relationship Manager at North Star. A junior relationship manager's responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with Existing clients, and helping to generate new business:
1. Building relationships - A junior relationship manager's responsibilities include establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients. They can do this by providing exceptional customer service, listening to clients' needs, and addressing their concerns. Mee ng with the clients on regular intervals and taking note of their requirements and offering proper guidance.
2.
Generating new business - A junior relationship manager can help generate new business by cross-selling and upselling. They can also identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up. Creative minds on finding new opportunities to meet new people are the key to long term success.
3. Onboarding new clients - A junior relationship manager can handle the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition. Assisting Service Manager & Providing all the necessary support for onboarding and post procedures.
4. Addressing client issues: A junior relationship manager can promptly and effectively address client issues by coordinating with internal teams, Service Manager and concern person as per the timeline. Updating the Status of the Transactions and timely follow ups with the client & internal teams/External Teams in case of any issues.
5. Conducting surveys & Feedbacks:
A junior relationship manager can conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction. Analysing the feedback and desire to improve.
- Passion to Spread Financial Awareness & working on common organisation goal is preferred.
Required skills and qualifications -
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationship with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Passion to drive the business and meeting existing clients and prospects.
- Client 1st attitude
- Ability to change. Learn, Unlearn & Re-learn.
- Desire to spread the importance of Financial Awareness.
- Efficiency on MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point – Google Slides /Sheets are preferred.
