Roles and Responsibilities
Accountable for the business development in assigned area/Hub
To prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads, prospects, referrals etc
To maintain accurate daily sales report
To confer with credit managers to aid in resolving loan application to disbursal issues.
Co-ordination between customer & branch officials for sanction & documentation
Achieve defined business targets in specified time period.
Ensure desired sales productivity is achieved by all the team members.
To handle customer complaints and to take appropriate action to resolve them.
Ensure collection of all post disbursement documents.
Managing, training,
and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
Monitoring the portfolio regularly in order to contain any delinquency symptoms in the initial stage by
meeting such clients with proactive measures.
Ensure adherence to all processes, compliance & policies.
