Overview:
We arehiring Project Head IT for a leading manufacturing company IT Wing
The Project Head IT will playa pivotal role in leading the IT projects in Palavanthangal. Theywill be responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT projectdelivery ensuring the successful of projects within the definedscope timeline and budget.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Lead and manage theIT project team to ensure timely and quality projectdelivery.
- Develop and execute IT strategies tomeet the organizations technologicalneeds.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gatherproject requirements and define projectscope.
- Oversee project planning scheduling andresource allocation.
- Monitor project progressand address any issues to ensure smooth project.
- Identify and mitigate project risks whileensuring compliance with IT standards andregulations.
- Provide regular project statusupdates to management and stakeholders.
- Manageproject budgets and track projectexpenses.
- Implement and maintain projectmanagement best practices andmethodologies.
- Resolve conflicts and addressprojectrelated challenges effectively.
- Ensurethe successful implementation of IT solutions andsystems.
- Evaluate project outcomes and identifyopportunities for improvement.
- Lead postprojectreviews and documentation for futurereference.
RequiredQualifications:
- Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield.
- Proven experience in leading IT projectspreferably in a managerial capacity.
- Strongknowledge of IT project management tools andmethodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to developand execute IT strategies aligned with companygoals.
- Excellent leadership and team managementskills.
- Exceptional problemsolving anddecisionmaking abilities.
- Sound understandingof IT infrastructure and systems.
- Goodcommunication and interpersonalskills.
- Experience in budget management andresource allocation.
- Ability to thrive in afastpaced and dynamic ITenvironment.
- Professional certifications inproject management or IT leadership are aplus.
