Role&Responsibilities;
- Responsible fordelivery of hiring needs within Technology hiring vertical withinSLA.
- People Management Should be able to managea team of 10 team members including setting SLAs and trackingperformance.
- Implement new sourcingmethodologies (e.g. social recruiting Boolean searches headhuntingetc) and utilize various recruitment channels including job boardssocial media and professional networks to sourcecandidates.
- Stakeholder Management should haveexcellent communication skills and should be able to present in thereview meetings presenting marketinsights.
- Monitor and analyze recruitmentmetrics (e.g. timetohire and costperhire) to measure theeffectiveness of recruitment strategies and make datadrivendecisions. including dashboarding and maintaining hiringtrackers.
- Stay updated on industry trends andbest practices in recruitment and talentacquisition.
- Lead employer branding initiativesand participate in recruitment events to promote thecompany.
- Should have an experience working onan ATS (preferably Workday)
- Utilize ApplicantTracking Systems for efficient candidatemanagement.
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunicationskills.

- Candidate should have a minimumexperience of 1214 Years of experience in Technology / IT industryhiring.
- Should have experience of hiringskillsets like RPA A360 hiring Dot net core Automation testingAgile ETL RPA support etc.
- Good sourcing skillsShould be able to guide /coach the team on their targets newsourcing methodologies hiring process SLAs ensuring team meets thehiring targets. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline forcurrent and future hiring needs.
- Provenexperience as a People Manager or in a similarrole.
- Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills.
- Ability to build and maintain strongrelationships with candidates hiring managers and externalpartners.
- Ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment and manage multiplepriorities.
- Strong analytical skills andattention todetail.
