Role Overview :
As a Unit Manager you will beresponsible for leading a team of Team Leaders and 25 Customer CareAssociates focused on outbound sales includingInsurance Deposits and CASASales . You will play a pivotal role in driving salesproductivity ensuring compliance and maintaining high customersatisfaction (ESQ) during every customer interaction.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Team Leadership : Oversee andmanage Team Leaders and their teams of outbound sales associatesensuring daily sales targets are met.
- Sales Growth :
Drive andmotivate the team to push sales across insurance products depositsand CASA ensuring continuous revenue growth.
- Compliance Management :Regularly review sales processes and operations to ensure adherenceto all compliance standards and regulations.
- Performance Analysis :Continuously track team performance identify gaps and implementstrategies to improve productivity and outcomes.
- Customer Engagement :Maintain a strong focus on delivering excellent customer serviceduring every interaction with an emphasis on ESQ.
- Multilingual Proficiency :Must be fluent in English Hindi and one regional language(Kannada Tamil Odia or Malayalam) to effectively manage diverseteams and customer segments.
Qualifications :
- EducationalBackground : Graduate in any field.
- Experience : Proven trackrecord of 57 years as a Unit Manager or Team Lead in outbound salesand a total of 810 years in sales.
- Strongcommunication leadership and problemsolving skills.
