Role Overview:
As a Business Operations Intern, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers are successful and satisfied with our platform. You will work closely with our Business team to provide exceptional support, drive customer engagement, and help our users achieve their goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer success and contribute to the growth of an innovative edtech company.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Assist the business team in providing timely and effective support to our customers through various channels (email, chat, phone).Onboarding:
Help new customers get started with Graphy.com by guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they have the resources they need.Customer Engagement:
Monitor customer activity and engagement, and proactively reach out to users to offer assistance and encourage platform utilization.Feedback Collection:
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and share insights with the product and development teams.Documentation:
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of customer success documentation, including FAQs, help guides, and best practices.Data Analysis:
Assist in tracking and analyzing key customer success metrics to measure the effectiveness of our initiatives and identify trends.Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
