At 'Nat Habit' we are attempting to disrupt the natural personal care space by providing customers a differentiated offering of "fresh" personal care products. We use fresh ingredients such as milk, yogurt, pulp/juices of various fruits & vegetables as well as fresh flowers and leaves to build personal care products for everyday use.
The founding team has a strong startup experience, is well funded and backed by tier 1 institutional investors.
Role: National Key Account Manager (Retail)Build & Lead the Modern Trade business for Nat Habit
Responsibilities
Build road-map to leadership for Modern Trade Channel,
strategize and implement programs/plans for development of sales company Brands in this channel.Establish the strategy to build long term relationship with the Accounts of the organisation for the country.Implement balanced action plans to establish organisation as a partner of choice among the Accounts that will supply to the high growth opportunities.Develop strong relationships at the key customers / stakeholders across levels to build a positive relationship for growing the business opportunities across all relevant categoriesDevelop and implement an account plan to grow the revenues at the account above market average.Deliver on revenues on the Annual Sales Plan in line with Sales budget defined.Supervise product mix performance and implement corrective measures where required .Produce monthly prospect funnel /pipeline and forecast.Take a hands-on approach, and act as partner concern point for all customer and system issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally in charge to develop joint initiatives and provide appropriate customer growth initiative
Qualification· MBA with experience of 5-12+years· Self-starter and entrepreneurial with a Strong Hands-on experience· Person should have experience in Modern Trade / Organized Trade vertical and currently working in the same stream.· Person should have worked with Top chains like D-Mart / Reliance Retail / C&C; / Top pharmacy chains etc.· Strong analytical skills· Strong leadership skill· Thorough and organized· Start-up enthusiast
