Job Description: What are we looking for?We are seeking a skilled, innovative,
and self-motivated analytics leader to drive business intelligence for the ‘noon Group’. You will lead data-driven decision-making to enhance customer experience, process excellence, and business performance. This high-impact role involves working closely with customer support, product, growth, and operations teams to identify customer pain points, needs, and preferences, and to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities: What will the role look like?
Data Strategy and governance:Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy, including BI tools and solutions, while establishing governance policies, standards, and best practices.Ensure data quality, integrity and security across all data sources.
Reporting and Visualization:Lead data analytics initiatives and collaborate with business functions to understand their analytical needs,
driving value.Design and develop intuitive data visualization dashboards and reporting solutions.Communicate complex data insights to cross-functional stakeholders with tailored solutions.
Analytics and Insights:Use data mining to find opportunities for improving customer experienceDemonstrate proficiency in deriving insights through advanced analytics, predictive algorithms, and data integration from various sources to understand consumer behavior and deliver actionable recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.Identify thematic trends and patterns to inform product teams for action planningStay updated on e-commerce trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and bring innovation to enhance the experience.
Team leadership:Lead and mentor a diverse team of BI professionals, coaching emerging leaders.
Qualifications:
What is required to excel in the role?Education: Bachelor’s degree in technology from IIT/NIT or other reputed institutions.Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).Industry Knowledge: Experience in E-commerce is highly desirable.Leadership: Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.Communication: Excellent communication skillsProject Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
