Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Plant Head to oversee ouroperations in Kakinada. This critical leadership role requiresextensive experience in managing manufacturing plants withinindustries such as continuous processing including but not limitedto food pharmaceuticals chemicals and more.

Requirements:

- EducationalBackground: Engineering degree (Mechanical/Chemical)is essential. An MBA from a reputable institution ispreferred.
- Experience:





You should havea minimum of 2025 years of overall experience including 35 years ina managerial role overseeing a manufacturing plant with substantialturnover and operational complexities.
- Age: Ideally between 42 to48 years with a maximum age limit of 50 years.

KeyResponsibilities:

- StrategicLeadership:
- Develop and executelongterm vision and business strategies.
- Create and monitor business plans to achieve operationalgoals.
- OperationalManagement:
- Ensure seamlesscoordination between departments for optimalperformance.
- Drive continuous improvement inproduct quality and operational efficiency.
- Compliance and ExternalRelations:
- Ensure adherence toregulatory requirements and manage relationships with localauthorities.
- Maintain effective communicationwith corporate stakeholders industry associations and keycustomers.
- Human Resources andIndustrial Relations:
- ImplementHR policies and practices to foster a positive workenvironment.






- Manage labor relations andpromote a culture of safety and productivity.

KeyInteractions:

- Collaborate closelywith corporate offices regulatory bodies growers associations andmajor clients.

Reporting:

- Reports to: Business Head

LanguageSkills:

- Proficiency in Telugu isadvantageous due to the local context.

TargetIndustries:
