Core Responsibilities: Supervise the production according to the daily production plan, in order to ensure compliance with the schedule and on-time deliver. Supervise all production staff so as to monitor the quality of their work and their productivity while recommending improvements in production flow or methods. Coordinate and integrate with other plant function areas to ensure support in attaining output, productivity and quality. Monitor the compliance with the health & safety regulations within the production area so as to minimize the possibility of accidents. Establish short-term activities directed toward production continuity and balance: shift schedules, ensuring requisition of materials, machine loading and grievance resolution.
Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained and improved. other tasks assigned by Plant Manager. Key Qualifications: At least 5 years of working experience and 3 years of working experience in of managerial position in manufacturing company. Developing people/coaching. Familiar with Microsoft Office. Strong Sense of quality. Communicate effectively. Continuous improvement. Teamwork. Good communication skill in English. Chinese is preferred.
