Job Summary: As a Customer Interaction Associate, you will be the face of Voluntare at the mall, engaging with shoppers, promoting loyalty programs, and assisting customers with program inquiries. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive customer experience and ensuring smooth execution of loyalty services at our partner stores. Key Responsibilities:Approach and interact with mall visitors to promote loyalty programs and membership benefits.

Assist customers in enrolling in loyalty programs and provide detailed information about ongoing offers and rewards. Resolve customer queries regarding loyalty points, redemption processes, and account details. Collaborate with store staff to ensure seamless integration of loyalty services.







Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Provide daily reports on customer engagement and program performance to the management team. Contribute to promotional events and marketing activities within the mall to enhance visibility of loyalty services.

Requirements:Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Any bachelor’s degree is accepted; candidates with a background in business, marketing, or hospitality are preferred. Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred.

Passion for helping customers and improving their experience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of digital tools (smartphones, tablets) to assist customers with loyalty app registrations and inquiriesNeed Immediate joiner.
