Position Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, and a strong background in backend marketing tasks. Proficiency in InDesign and Photoshop is essential.Key Responsibilities :- Collaborate effectively with various departments, including sales, product development, and design teams, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.- Utilize InDesign and Photoshop to create and edit marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics,
and other promotional content.- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams and external partners to support marketing operations and resolve any issues promptly.- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and goals.- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the marketing operations function and implement best practices to enhance workflow and productivity.Requirements :- Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- Experience with InDesign and Photoshop : Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop for creating and editing marketing materials.- Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of marketing operations and content creation.- Organizational Skills :
