Job Description:
Position: HR Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 3 - 5 Years
Industries: Pharma
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
- Conduct resume screenings, interviews, and candidate selection.
- Collaborate with department heads on staffing needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and orientation for new hires.
- Maintain payroll records, including employee data, tax information, and deductions.
- Adherence to Statutory compliance and maintaining records – PF, ESIC, Taxes, Gratuity, Bonus etc.
- Preparing full and final settlement of employees leaving.
- Responsible for Payroll.

Required Qualification: - MBA/MSW/PGDM - HR
Salary:- Upto 5.00 LPA
