Experience: Freshers TO 1 year

Salary: Up to 30k

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Handle inquiries from clients, visitors, and employees, and provide accurate information.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.






- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for day-to-day office operations.
- Ensure security protocols are followed for visitors and staff members.
