Responsibilities
- Coordinate, develop and finalize EPC project schedules, detailing the design development, the project procurement phase and the project execution phase. Prepare annual project budgets, annual capex plans.
- Co-ordinate with Asset - Project Planning & Controlling Head for the Project Schedules, Reports, Issues/ Risks & Opportunities tracker. Always be hands on the issues/ critical concerns with respect to the Projects.
- Carry out regular site visits, participate in the meetings, prepare MOMs, asses & evaluate progress, raise concerns etc.
- Have a complete oversight on the project budget, value of works done, capex, estimates at completions, variations to the project.
- Understand and evaluate the impacts of variations on time and costs. Maintain tracker of the variations, potential variations & claims.
- Prepare working level presentations to senior management presentations on the status of the projects Prepare monthly reports/weekly reports/daily reports. Evaluate reports being received from the sites
- Adoption of digital initiatives and technology adoption for project planning & control functions.
- Participate in knowledge sessions, represent the organization at different seminars and forums.
- Escalate issues to the reporting manager for resolution.
Qualifications
- Masters/ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Preferred Post Graduate Diploma in Project/Construction Management.
- 12 to 15 years of work experience in large multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.
- Exposed to both conventional and latest construction technologies.
- Co-ordination with designers, contracts, procurement, construction, end user operations team.
- Experience in Airport development preferred
