As a Product Manager for the Food & Grocery Delivery (Customer) vertical, you will be responsible for creating and enhancing a seamless customer experience for our food and grocery delivery platform. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, driving product strategy, and delivering innovative features that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets customer expectations and aligns with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the customer experience in food and grocery delivery. Prioritize initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction,
retention, and growth.
- Customer Insights: Conduct market research, user interviews, and surveys to gather insights into customer preferences and behaviors. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Feature Development: Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop and launch new features that improve the customer journey, including search and discovery, order customization, payment processing, and delivery tracking.
- User Experience (UX): Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience by collaborating with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces and workflows. Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and gather feedback.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Use data-driven insights to iterate on product features and improve overall performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, operations, and customer support teams to align product initiatives with business goals and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Customer Support & Feedback Loop: Establish and maintain channels for customer feedback and support. Implement processes to incorporate customer suggestions and address issues promptly.
- Market Trends & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in the customer experience.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure that all customer-related features comply with data protection regulations and industry standards for privacy and security.
RequirementsQualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in e-commerce, food delivery, or a customer-focused tech product.
- Proven track record of delivering customer-centric products and features that drive engagement and satisfaction.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence,
and product analytics platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in food and grocery delivery or similar industries.
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) research and design principles.
- Knowledge of customer engagement strategies and loyalty programs.
