Ajanta Bottle Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic and growing company specializing in Glass Bottle Packaging Solutions. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team.
This role combines inside sales with fieldwork, allowing you to engage with clients both remotely and in person.
Responsibilties :
- Lead Generation : Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social media.
- Client Meetings : Schedule and conduct meetings; attend industry events.
- Sales Presentations : Deliver engaging presentations on product benefits.
- Relationship Management :
Build and maintain client relationships for satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Negotiation : Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet targets.
- Market Research : Monitor industry trends and competitor activities for new opportunities.
- Collaboration : Align strategies with sales, marketing, and product development teams.
- Reporting : Keep accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status.
- Product Knowledge : Stay updated on products and B2B market needs.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Prior experience in B2B sales is preferred, but we welcome freshers with a passion for sales and eagerness to learn.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Self-Motivated : Energetic and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
