Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 4+ years in business development or sales management, ideally within the BFSI sector.
Proven Success: Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership and team management skills, with an emphasis on motivating and developing team members.
