Our Internationalcompany is seeking 1 Assistant Manager Training & Qualityin India. Ideal candidates can adapt and are wellknown forfastmoving and lastmoment change.
MainResponsibilities :
- Providecoaching and feedback to new and existing staff utilizing provenimprovementmethodologies.
- Maintaina comprehensive understanding of the program and compliancerequirements for all assignedprograms.
- Conductedendtoend governance and reported findings on the clientspecific QAScorecard clearly explainingconclusions.
- Generateweekly and monthly summary reports detailing monitoring activityfor each program and communicate these to ClientServices.
- Ensureeach agent per program is monitored at least once monthly followingquality assurance personnelchecklists.
- Participatein weekly calibration calls for each assignedprogram.
- DeliverQuality Assurance reviews and feedback to team members facilitatingtheir professional growth anddevelopment.
- Collaborateeffectively with peers and other personnel to positively impactjoint activities projects orevents.
- Actas a sitelevel leader as needed liaising with client trainingorganizations and providing onsite presence whennecessary.
- Workcollaboratively with other support teams within the client and GearInc. to ensure strong product knowledge among theproject.
- Demonstratea commitment to attentiveness persistence and flexibility whilesafeguarding the integrity and purpose of ourorganization.
- Managemultiple processes and ensure timely delivery demonstrating anunderstanding of staffing process efficiencies and goal achievementin the contact centerenvironment.
- Maintainrobust risk and compliance practices to ensure adherence toregulatory requirements.
Job Requirement :
- Provenexperience in BPOdomains.
- Strongcoaching and feedback skills with a track record of implementingimprovementmethodologies.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interacteffectively with team members andstakeholders.
- Abilityto adapt to changing company and client requirements demonstratingflexibility andresilience.
- Demonstrateleadership capabilities with experience managing multiple processesand ensuring timelydelivery.
