Enterprise Software Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise software development projects and delivering features on time.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product managers
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software features and products
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large-scale enterprise software development projects
- REQUIRED: Demonstrated ability to deliver features ON TIME, with a greater than 80% completion rate
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in product management, including gathering and prioritizing product requirements
- Strong understanding of software requirements analysis and management
- Familiarity with managing both known and unknown features and requirements
- Experience in overseeing Quality Assurance Testing (QAT) processes
- Knowledge of change management and version control systems
- PMP or Agile certification
