Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a PrivacyTech Integration Specialist. As a PrivacyTech Integration Specialist,
you will be responsible for overseeing the integration of privacy technologies, systems, and processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and legal departments, to ensure the smooth implementation and integration of privacy tools and technologies. Your day-to-day tasks may include conducting audits, identifying gaps in privacy solutions, developing integration strategies, and providing training and support to end-users.
Qualifications
- Experience with implementing and integrating privacy tech platforms like OneTrust
- Strong understanding of privacy regulations and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Experience with privacy technologies and tools, such as data mapping, consent management, and privacy impact assessment tools
- Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
- Experience with data privacy audits and assessments
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Privacy certifications, such as CIPP/E or CIPM, are a plus
- Experience in the legal or IT fields is beneficial
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their privacy management needs.
- Lead the implementation and configuration of privacy technology platforms such as OneTrust.
- Customize and integrate the platform to align with clients' data protection policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to clients to ensure they can effectively use the platform.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and project management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in data protection regulations and privacy technologies.
