Fueling Brains Fueling Brains is a fast-paced, vibrant organization poised to change the narrative of Early Childhood Education. Our Academies are a growing network of accredited Early Childhood Learning Institutes in Calgary, Saskatoon and Strathmore. For children aged zero to six, we offer best-in-class child care as well as preschool and kindergarten programs that build experiences and influence the development of executive functions. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Implementation Consultant with experience managing implementations across multiple geographies, including the US, Canada, and India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Rippling platform, including finance, payroll, and HRIS, and will be adept at handling full-suite implementations. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless data migration, workflow design, and setup, while driving overall product adoption and managing change throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Rippling across multiple geographies (US and Canada).
- Manage the entire Rippling suite, including finance, payroll, and HRIS.
- Oversee data migration, ensuring accuracy and integrity during transitions.
- Design and set up workflows tailored to business needs and objectives.
- Provide expertise in change management, ensuring smooth transitions for employees during the implementation process.
- Develop and lead strategies to drive the adoption of Rippling across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful deployment of the Rippling system.
- Train internal stakeholders on Rippling functionalities and best practices, ensuring maximum utilization of the platform.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Rippling's product updates, offering insights for process improvements and optimization.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience working on the Rippling platform, with hands-on experience in implementations across multiple geographies (US, Canada preferred).
- Proven experience managing the full Rippling suite (finance, payroll, HRIS).
- Strong knowledge of data migration processes, workflow design, and setup.
- Expertise in leading change management initiatives and driving product adoption.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying potential challenges and solving problems.
- A collaborative team player, capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- WORKING ON RIPPLING PLATFORM IS A MUST
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in fast-paced industries or high-growth companies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with HRIS/payroll data.
- Experience in training teams and stakeholders on new systems and workflows.
