Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. The ideal candidate will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems, as well as provide timely support through various communication channels.





You’ll be the first point of contact for resolving technical issues and ensuring high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including software, hardware, and network configurations.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend improvements.
- Install, configure, and maintain systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Work closely with the development and infrastructure teams to resolve complex problems.
- Create and maintain documentation for issue resolution and operational procedures.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.
- Participate in product testing, updates, and system upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and ensure system uptime and availability.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.

Requirements:







- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
- Hands-on experience with operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac OS).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
