> About the Role:

> If you are accountable for your results, focus activities on attaining set objectives, this role can interest you! As a Sales officer your main focus and responsibilities of the territory for achieving quantitative & qualitative objectives adhering to company policies, systems, quality standards etc.

> Main Responsibilities:
>
> a. Plan & achieve monthly, quarterly & annual volume targets
>
> b. Achieve distribution & in store execution (visibility) objectives
>
> c.
Ensure quality of products at distributor & trade
>
> d. Train & lead the front line sales force (DOs)
>
> e. Distributor & customer (retail & WS) management
>
> Who we are looking for:
>
> • Graduate with 2 to 5 Years Experience in FMCG /Food/ Beverage Industry.
> • Good coomunication and Interpersonal Skills.
> • Fluency in English ,Kannada
> • Proven sales experience with a track record of fulfilling targets
> • Knowledge of commercial and office software (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
> • Driving license
