> About the Role:

> We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 8-10 years of overall experience, specializing in integrations, to assist with our ongoing NetSuite implementation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in integrating ServiceNow with other systems, and prior experience with NetSuite integration is a strong plus. This is a key role to ensure smooth integration, platform modifications, and data migration for our year-end go-live.

> Key Responsibilities:

> ServiceNow Integration:
>
> - Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and NetSuite for Customers, Employees, Projects, Contracts, and Timesheets.
> - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow and system interactions between ServiceNow and NetSuite.
> - Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize integration processes for efficiency.
>
> Platform Modifications:
>
> - Modify and enhance ServiceNow configurations to reflect NetSuite changes, ensuring various screens and workflows display the correct and updated information.
> - Work on unrelated integration tasks involving platform customizations, updates, and performance improvements to meet business needs.
>
> Data Migration:
>
> - Prepare ServiceNow for the go-live phase by year-end by managing data migration processes.
> - Ensure all necessary data is migrated, clean, and ready for live operation in collaboration with the technical team.
> - Develop and execute data migration strategies and address any data discrepancies during the migration process.
>
>
>
>
> Qualifications:
>
> - 8-10 years of overall experience in ServiceNow development,
including L2/L3 level support and development activities.
> - Strong background in integrating ServiceNow with other systems, particularly NetSuite.
> - Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, or other modules that require integrations.
> - Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and other integration protocols.
> - Familiarity with NetSuite APIs, connectors, and data models is a plus.
> - Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) within ServiceNow.
> - Experience in data migration planning and execution.

> Bonus Skills:

> - Experience in a similar role where ServiceNow was integrated with NetSuite.
> - Knowledge of ServiceNow platform changes and impact analysis based on external system updates.
> - Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies for project management.
