> - Provide general support to the People Management, Recruitment, and Sourcing.

> - Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of projects and events.

> - Facilitate the new hire/transfer brief and coordinate the associated onboarding process.

> - Provide insightful data, develop and deliver documentation related to employee relations, and collect, maintain, analyze, and track information.

> - Learn and master our internal systems and run various reports as needed.

> - Understanding of business processes and digital/technical fluency.
