> Position Summary
>
> We are searching for a Head of AI with leadership flair . The right individual is a healthcare enthusiast, keen on using AI to tackle significant challenges in the industry. They will be leading the AI efforts and will work closely with the co-founders. Will be responsible for building out the core components of the product, growing and building out the engineering team and taking the product to the next level.

> Key Responsibilities:

> Enhancing existing systems and building new ones from scratch by yourself and/or by leading other engineers
>
> Creating new APIs (along with proper documentations) from scratch.
>
> Cultivating a culture of engineering excellence.
>
> Recruitment of top-tier talent.

> Identifying optimum third-party tools and services for build-outs, serving as a tech spokesperson during talks with partners.

> Leading and stimulating a high-performing engineering team.
