> - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.

> - Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.

> - Assist in developing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.

> - Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.

> 5. HR Initiatives and Projects:

> - Participate in the development and implementation of new HR initiatives and programs.

> - Support diversity and inclusion efforts to create a welcoming environment for all employees.

> - Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.

> Qualifications:

> - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

> - 1-4 years of experience in HR,





preferably in a fast-growing company.

> - Strong understanding of recruitment processes for both blue-collar and white-collar roles.
>
>
> - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
>
>
> - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

> - Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
