> - Recruitment of Sales Managers and Sales Officers. Ensure productivity of Sales Managers and Sales Officers

> - Maintain Cost of acquisition within norms

> - To achieve branch direct sales targets (disbursement and book outstanding)

> - Building healthy and profitable portfolio for the Gold Loan Business.

> - Keep track of collection and recovery and ensure delinquency remain below permissible limits.
