> - Maintain and update data on google sheets and excel to track and proactively resolve customer complaints or other issues.

> Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

> - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
> - Proven working experience in sales, particularly within Interiors and Furniture industry
> - Solid knowledge of Excel, CRM and data analysis
> - Great conversational skills
> - Diligent and self motivated.
